Directions from Pontivy are as follows. 

Take the road to Guemene sur Scorff from the centre of Pontivy. Follow this road for about 20 kilometers. Get to the Guemene bypass and  you will see Locmalo sign posted to the right. Take this road and follow it to the Church. Just past the church is a road to the right (Rue de Cozlen). Take this road and follow it for about 200 meters The house is second on the right and is Number 5
